The BESTRONG Rig attached – Wall Ball Target is a circle-based targeting system designed to integrate seamlessly with any BESTRONG power rack. Ideal for improving coordination, accuracy, and functional fitness, this target can be conveniently mounted on rigs and racks measuring 2.6 meters (6 feet) or higher, up to CrossFit’s height standards of 3 meters (10 feet) and 2.7 meters (9 feet).
