The BESTRONG Olympic Barbell – Men is a critical piece of equipment for weightlifting, powerlifting and functional fitness training. The standard Men’s Olympic Dumbbell Bar weighs 20 kg and is 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) long with a 28 mm diameter at the grip section, providing the proper grip and stability for a variety of weightlifting exercises. The Olympic bar design can incorporate roller bearings or sliding bearings to allow the free rotation of the pulleys at the end of the dumbbells, thus reducing the load on the wrist.
