The outer neutral grip is 2″ in diameter for grip strength, while the other bars are standard 1.25″ diameter The Crown pull-up also includes a pair of extra 3″ and a pair of 4″ pull-up balls for an even greater grip workout. The 3″ balls are 16″ on center, while the 4″ balls are 32″ on center.
